Who we are
Benibeach is a large tourist apartment complex on Benidorm's Poniente Beach, managed by Edificios Propa, S.A., the building's owner. Torre Benibeach, built in the mid-to-late 1990s and kept in excellent condition, offers 160 apartments with a south-facing glazed terrace and direct views of the beach and bay. A privileged location: just cross the avenue to reach the sand, in a quiet area only a few minutes' walk from the historic centre.

160 tourist apartments, all with direct sea views over Poniente Beach.
What apartment types are available?
One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom sleep up to 4; two- and three-bedroom up to 6.
What are the views like?
South-facing, with a glazed terrace of about 15 m² overlooking the beach, the bay and Benidorm Island.

What services does the complex offer?
24-hour reception, swimming pool surrounded by gardens, tennis court, garden and sun terrace, optional garage, lounge-bar-cafeteria (season and opening hours on request) and free Wi‑Fi in the reception common areas.
How are the apartments equipped?
Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom(s), living room and terrace. Fitted with a fridge and utensils for a comfortable stay, bed linen and towels.
Is there maintenance staff?
Yes. Technical services look after safety, quality and hygiene daily, with periodic supervision by official bodies.

Avenida Armada Española, 8, seafront on Poniente Beach, 03502 Benidorm (Alicante). Car access via Avenida Uruguay, 10.
Is it close to the centre?
Yes, about a 3–5 minute walk from the centre and old town of Benidorm.
How do I get from the airport?
Alicante–Elche Airport (El Altet) is about 45 minutes from Benidorm, with connections to major European cities.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted.
Can guests bring their own appliances?
No additional appliances may be brought into the apartments.
Are e-scooters or electric wheelchairs allowed in the building?
Not under any circumstances inside the building; there is an outdoor parking area where they can be charged.
