Conditions regarding occupation, children and extra beds
Children under 1 year are admitted free using existing beds.
Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 0
Maximum number of cots in a double room: 1 (cot for € 5 per child under 2 years and night)
The occupancy of the apartment will be limited to the number of people declared at the entrance and in the reserve, counting children over 2 years of age or children who use existing beds as persons for the purpose of occupation. "Apartments Benibeach" may prevent entry to the accommodation in case of exceeding the number allowed.
The stay in the apartments of people not "declared and included in the reservation" is not allowed. (Penal.)
Conditions on deposits
Regarding deposits and payments in advance.
"Apartamentos Benibeach" will charge 20% (this percentage may vary in case of availing of any promotion) of the total amount at the time of booking. Non-refundable amount (in all cases)
If you choose the transfer method as a payment method, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt, preferably within the following 2 business days
If you choose to pay the reservation by credit or debit card, the reservation will be confirmed immediately (we do not manipulate or store any information concerning your card)
The remaining total amount will be charged before entry
A deposit of € 40 will be deposited in cash, per person, at the time of entry, to guarantee the proper use of the facilities, refundable upon departure
The services of renting security boxes, parking, tennis court and other extra services are not included in the price, which are usually optional through direct payment, unless otherwise indicated.

Parking
Private parking available in the Benibeach complex. Price: € 9.00 per day
The arrival by car is carried out by Av. Uruguay (nº 10), unique sense from Av. Jaime I (Burger King) towards Benibeach. In order to access the Complex by car, it is necessary to reserve a place at the reception, after communicating the registration number of the vehicle. The access by Avenida de la Armada Española, 8 (Paseo de la Playa de Poniente) is exclusively pedestrian and enabled between 8 am and 1 am (closed from 1am to 8 am)
Cleaning
Change of towels every four days, cleaning of the floor and change of sheets every seven days
Rigorous control of all the occupants of the building and possible risks, ..., fires, etc.etc
External Appliances and Pets
Regarding the admission of companion animals and any household appliance (TV, oven, stove, etc.) other than those existing in the apartment.
The seasonal swimming pool in Apartamentos Beni-beach may be closed due to planned maintenance or unexpected issues. If you plan to use the pool, it's best to check for any closures or restrictions before your visit.
It is forbidden to access the building and therefore the elevators, scooters or electric chairs of any kind.
Entry / exit times
• The entrance to the apartment will start at 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) and the clients must leave the apartment before 10:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m.)
